Dear patients and parents, we wish you have the most pleasant experience while in our facilities. Below there are some tips you may find helpful:
- Office visits are by appointment only. If you do not have one scheduled, please click here.
- To expedite your visit please show up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
- Bring your doctor’s referral and additional information (labs and other tests results, medication list) with you and show them to the receptionist
- Bring your Insurance card and other pertinent documents and show them to the receptionist.
- While the receptionist is verifying your insurance coverage, please fill the forms we will give you and take them back to the front person.
- If there is some delay with your appointment, please ask us, we will be happy to solve the problem.
